Default H9 Cap 1/4 Cap rudder hinge problem

The lowest hinge on the rudder keeps coming loose. I have re-glued it several times and still it comes out. The last time I started all over and put new great planes hinges is the spaces between the original hinge locations (took the old dubro hinges out). I just noticed today the lower one was once again loose! I have sealed the hinge gaps and made sure all hinges are lined up properly. I fly this plane quite a bit and to lots of 3D-stressfull maneuvers. Is anyone else having this problem? I think I am going to toothpick the hinge and see what happens.

Is your tail wheel putting stress on the rudder, Did you use the stock tail wheel assembly?

No. I used the sullivan tailwheel. The original tailwheel did not look up to the task so I bought the sullivan. I am going to toothpick it today and see how she does. I have all of the other control surfaces toothpicked and have not had any of them come loose.
