Default Four Star 40 ARF Pushrods

I recently got this ARF and noticed that the instructions say that there are supposed to be about six or so pushrods include. As far as I can see, there are only two black (nylon?) pushrods with the snap links already screwed on. From the picture in the instructions, it looks like they are using metal pushrods that don't seem to be included. Am I missing some pushrods, or am I just seeing things. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I just did one of those for a friend..as I remember, should be 1 for rudder, 1 for elevator, and a pushrod AND tube for throttle. All nyrods, no metal included. (Question on your arf) Is yours a later run? I ask, because this one came with wheel pants, and the canopy pre installed. Also, As I remember, the nyrods were WHITE in this arf kit.

Default RE: Four Star 40 ARF Pushrods

Mine came with two short black metal push rods for the ailerons. It then included two, long, white nyrods for the rudder and elevator[:'(]. It had a nyrod and tube for the throttle. I chunked the nyrods, except for the throttle, and replaced them with metal 2-56 rods. The thottle has to make a big bend to get to the carb so I kept the nyrod for that, but used a short piece of metal rod on each end for rigidness. For some reason, I had a heck of a time soldering the clevises on the black rods. The solder just didn't want to stick to them like on the bright metal rods.

It sounds like your nyrods are missing[X(].
