Default Ultra Stick-Trainer?

I have plenty of people telling my my Ultra Stick 60 would be a great next step from my trainer. I like the stick design, and I don't think I'd get tired of it... so...

I'm considering going with an UltraStick 120 as a next airplane with a zenoah on it. I'm not looking for a vertical scream-machine, but I DO like the gas-engine sound.

Has anyone tried this? the zenoah i want is the G? 23

One of our guys has the US-120 with a Zenoah G23. It's very smooth & aerobatic with this combo and as a bonus, seems to run forever on an 18 oz tank.

Since you're not into the "3D thing", I can't see you going wrong with this setup.

I've seen people harriering my US60, and turkish rolling it (though it's beyond ME). So... I've always got that. I want the US120 for a 'fun-fly' airplane that can hang around in the air for a while

heck u could of trained on the ultrastick .60....its a wonderful plane....i got the 1.20 too with a MOKI 1.80 on it ....awesome plane.....alot more power than the G23 and burns FAI fuel (0%) nitro....at less than 10.00 a bottle.....i've heard not so good reports about the ultrastick and the G23 ie power to weight.....for the money i'd try a MOKI and you'll be happy!
