I am using the Swensen gear with my 1/4 scale Cub and am having a ##$!!!@@+### time with the bungee cords. They keep coming apart at the crimp - can't get one to last more than 6-8 flights before I have to taxi back Chinese style - One Wing Low!!! Then it is a battle to stretch the new one to fit (I got a dozen from Swensen to cover my losses!) Last week I finally jury rigged 4 #64 rubber bands and they seem to work better!
There must be some easier way to install these Bungees and keep them in one piece ---- anybody???
