Can I use Tygon fuel line with a glow fuel airplane?

The manufacturer specs call for use with petroleum products, and vacuum applications, and caution that Tygon is not resistant to organic solvents. I think Alcohol would classify as an organic solvent, but I could be wrong.

Since glow fuel is principally alcohol, looks like the proper application is silicone tubing.

Scar is right, you CANNOT use Tygon with glow fuel. Either use the silicon glow fuel line of you can also use neoprene. Good luck!

If you don't want to use silcone tubing try PVC fuel tubing. A company that sells this product is (Flex Tubing Products). They also sell tubing that can be used with smoke oil or diesel.
