Does anyone know the cg sweet spot with the twist with an O.S .70?

The "sweet spot" should be given in the instruction manual that came with the plane. It shouldn't change from the recommended CG. You may however have to add some weight fore/aft to get it to balance. If you don't have the manual, maybe someone here will have the info, or you might try looking the manual up online.
