I am thinking of this for an electric conversion. Have you bought one? I was thinking 10 cells and a hot brushless.

I am sure it would fly very happily with electric power. I went the other way though and put a OS .46fx in it. Everyone at the field said it wouldn't work - in fact my instructor that soloed me shook his head with a very disapproving look. Needless to say, it was a rocket !! And an absolute blast. I didn't add any tail weight so it was real nose heavy but it flew great! I sold it to trim down the fleet and it served its purpose well as a ducted fan trainer - since it landed super fast and didn't glide well! I'll post a picture when I find it!
