Default Which Cub For Gas

Which of the world models cub's would be best suited to gas? The J-3 or the clipped wing? I really like the red clipped wing, however the wing area is a fair bit less than the J-3.
I plan on using a zenoah G26 or G38. Which one would be better? I plan on possibly doing some aero towing down the track, and maybe some aerial photography.
Any other info or pics on this model would be great!

Thanks

You will get better lift with the normal J-3. Using a gasser with make the plane heavier and the bigger wing will help compensate for towing.
