Fortunatly, Fusco did sell the Long EZ and Quickie rights before disappearing.
To Mike Hagedon of [link=http://www.boxerrcmodels.com]Boxer R/C Models[/link].
I am also cutting the wings for the Long EZE from my CNC foam cutter for him.
He is legit, as are the distributors. The kits are not going on the market until they are complete, no
more missing parts. Also us distributors do buy the kits from him to sale.

Mike was nice enough to keep us on board if we wanted to stay.

The 33% Berkut is dead though. That is still owned by Mike James.

The poor chaps that paid cash got burned. Credit card users had a chance - if you could just let go of the dream...
RCU helped fuel the sales in the beginning as it was this forum that made my friend who told me about the deal. Fusco was the professional story teller and side stepper.
Yes I got a charge back in FULL and sold the cheap Long EZ (his "come on" gimmie) on Ebay for my trouble.

The Politically Correct forum resisted in bad mouthing the crook when the TRUTH was exposed.
Maybe I can let this rest - one day.

I am far, far from defending Fusco...but I will say this...at some point, you have to let it go.
Thinking too hard about such things can really ruin the hobby for you, what's done is done.
Been there, done that, can't say that I blame you, but what I learned(from a distance) is that you have to let go at some point.
Glad you got all your money back(and then some), there were a lot who didn't.
Not the first time this has happened in this hobby, not by a long shot.
Nobody remembers the all-metal mustang about twenty years ago?
