Just putting the finishing touched to my Pitts Special.
Fantastic looking plane, can't wait to fly her next weekend.
Any advice or suggestions for the first flights much appreciated.[img][/img]

Another pic
The large wheels are temporary. Once I'm happy with the landings, I'll put the slightly smaller ones on.
Our strip is quite bumpy!
I have left off the tail wheel in favour of a carbon skid. I used this on my Edge 540 and found it a lot more robust. Didn't cause any steering probs on take off, not great for taxiing. Don't see why should be any different with the Pitts?
