Please, re-read the ads, and tell me again.
I fear you're talking about the Corsair 60 ARF, which comes ready to assemble, without engine, radio, etc. There is a 40 size zero for sale there, in combination form, also an ARF which comes ready to assemble, but it comes with the radio. No engine.
Or did you look at a different ad than I looked at?

the ad on their web page is for just the arf...but in the classifieds they have an ad for the 40 zero and the 60 cosair RTF for $599 and $699 respectivley

in speaking with their staff, they state that they have 14 of the cosairs out on the street with no issues. they said they replace the hardware with hardware that is stronger and of better quality than what comes with the ARF.
