$264.99 for the H9 Corsair doesn't sound like a deal to me. I can get one for less from my LHS.

You need to check thier ad again, that is the price for just the ARF kit.

Please, re-read the ads, and tell me again.

I fear you're talking about the Corsair 60 ARF, which comes ready to assemble, without engine, radio, etc. There is a 40 size zero for sale there, in combination form, also an ARF which comes ready to assemble, but it comes with the radio. No engine.

Or did you look at a different ad than I looked at?

Best wishes,
Dave Olson

You wouldn't know how well those planes were put together, whether they were put together straight and true or not.

in speaking with their staff, they state that they have 14 of the cosairs out on the street with no issues. they said they replace the hardware with hardware that is stronger and of better quality than what comes with the ARF.

Did they also reinforce the firewall and the wing at the gull bends? Those are the areas that will tend to break.

You don't need flaps on the H9 .60 size Corsair. It lands pretty slow.
