I have a question about the cg placement of Great Planes 40 size extra 300 arf. Actually I need to know the best placement in inches at the fuselage. I appreciate the help because I seemed to have misplaced my manual!

I have the same ARF, the manual says to start at 4" from the leading edge right at the fuse. I moved mine back to 4-1/4" today, increased the elevator and aileron throws to 1/2". Now It's flying like I want. Great flying plane, surprisingly fast too with a .46FX.

Good luck, JJ
