So is it available ? I was going to get the Kyosho Pitts but it sounds a little iffy.

It is available. A guy I know got a call from Dave Patrick saying they had them in, but he changed his mind. He has their 330.

Billy, if you are looking for a state of the art 40 size bipe, the DP is it. I looked at it at Toledo last year. Mr. Patrick showed me several things that set it apart from others. I have the 120 size and don't need another bipe (or airplane, period if you ask my wife), or I'd get one. They are very light and just what fun-fly guys like us are after in a bipe.
