Default Seagull Decathalon control throws

About to finish the Decathlon and the elevator control throws seem awful small, High rates 3/8 Low 3/16 Anyone flying this model using these rates. Checked Horizon Hobbies and they say the rates are as listed in the manual.

Any thoughts appreciated

I have on and they are a bit small. I put lots on mine and it will sanp in skinny minute if you put alot of elevator in it.

Thanks, that is about what I thought to try. Any other suggestions on flying her. What engine are you using?
