Default Is Spring Air busy?

I placed an order of Spring Air #704 for my H9 P-51 60 to Spring
Air in the end of August.
They said they needed some time to ship my retract because
that they suffered of severe hurricane this summer.
But I have not received it yet, it is November now.
Is there anyone who received Spring Air retract from them
recently? If there is, when did you place an order for it?
I know they seems busy to recover their business, but it's too
long to wait.
Do you guy here know anything about Spring Air now?
I emailed Spring Air 2 days ago, but received no reply.

I ordered a set for my H9 P51 the first week of Oct and received them about a week later. They replied to all my emails and I talked to them on the phone twice. They are great people to deal with.

You did that fast?
So, they seems to have already recovered their business.
I will contact them again to confirm my order, they might
have lost my order. I ordered them by email, not online.
Thank you for your information.

I called Spring Air to confirm my order.
They said sorry to have kept me waiting so long and my order was ready
to go. I guess they likely overlooked my order during the hurricane season.
I think I should have contacted with them earlier. Anyway it has done now.
