Is there a second version of the Hangar 9 Funtana S 40 in the stores? I was told that the currently available planes are better than the first series. Is that right? Do you know about any running changes, improvements ?

Just to inform you, the updated version has a modified horizontal and vertical stab, rudder (10mm) and elevator , and backbone (8mm tall)
- much better knife edge performance,
- less stress on rudder and elevator servos,
- smoother elevator reactions
- corrected wing dowels,
- 11mm longer cowling
It's already available at the European H9 distribution. (beta testing??)

Hi there,
I have both versions at home. The original hangar 9 and the eurolight-copy.(which they sold me as an original Hangar9-product????)
My advise is hands off of the clone.
The quality is really bad.The fuselage is twisted.Elevator-halves are wider than the horizontal stab.
The covering is poor and it's heavier. And the wingspan is about 4" less.
So I haven't flown the V2 and i won't fly it at all.
Some people on german forums are reporting some bad flying behaviour as well.
IMO better pay 30 euro's more and have the original one.
