Today I just flew my new Skylark 56. WOW!!!!!! What a great plane. Flies as good if not better than my Kaos's!! It seems it's impossible to stall. Would fly inches above the runway with just two clicks of throttle. A Great plane, well built, and would recommend this plane to plane to everyone.
My has a speed Webra 50 with Ultra Thrust from Performance Specalities, put a 320CC tank in it. It has unlimited vertical here at 5000ft. Weighs in at 5lbs even. I am going to change the stock wheels to foam tires though.
Jeers,
Hard to see top from bottom so I took care of that! See pic

Ben, ingenious covering on the bottom wing! A guy at our club has one better though. On his stearman bipe, on the bottom of the low wing he has OH $*** done up in flourescent orange covering!!!!

Congrats ben flyn. That plane looks fast. The wing cracks me up. How many rpm's did you gain with the Ultra-thrust muffler, compared to the stock one?

Currently I'm running a 10/7 and I haven't leaned the engine out to see the maxium RPM's due to break-in. Compared to my Kaos 40 (running a Magnum 52, Rossi Pipe, 10/7, and flies about 112 MPH level flight) it seems faster. After a few more tank fulls I will lean it out and run it past the radar gun. Will let you know the findings.
