Top o' the day to you all!
I am returning to flying after a several years absence. I build and learned using a Futaba 4ch radio, Midwest Stik .40, Enja .40 engine. I was able to do some loops, rolls, inverted, Immelman, etc acrobatic maneuvers but not particularly well. I did NOT enjoy building the plane, partly because I had no experienced people to ask. Had to tackle it "cold turkey" and wasn't much fun.
I am thinking about an ARF or RTF with a 60 inch wingspan, appropriate motor (OS .61 2c or Saito 100 4c), and good radio. I've been looking at Airtronics RD6000 or JR ex361(????). I feel that I can relearn flying without having to go to a trainer but am hoping to locate beginner/intermediate skills aircraft.
So there you are. Please give me any suggestions or combinations you think would work for me.
Thanks in advance,
Harry
