Default Airmadillo Kombat Bipe

Almost finished assembling my Kombat Bipe. Very easy build. GMS .76 ringed engine for power. Hope to maiden it tomorrow. Dont think green would have been my first choice but I dont think it comes in any other color.
Cant wait to see how if flies. Might add smoke at a later date.

When I ordered mine you could get it in any color of Coro-plast that they stocked. You may have to wait like I did for them to fabricate the wings in the color that you want. Mine had yellow wings and red tail surfaces. I had an old Fox 78 on mine and it flew fine. Have fun!

Well, I can live with the green. I didnt see any color choice option on the website but that doesnt mean it isnt there. Got the bipe done and, Santa Ana conditions permitting, hope to fly it tomorrow.

You will do fine and remember to keep some throttle on during your landing approach. You want the tail up or your going to pogo stick down the field.
They didn't show color options when I purchased mine either, I just happened to ask and they said sure deal.
Good luck and have fun.

You don't need the color option. When you order, tell them what color you want in the comments box of the paypal page when you pay.

The Bipe is going to be my next Airmadillo. I already have three other models of Airmadillo.

Didnt think of that. Oh well, the green is OK and the blaze orange stripe and black and white checkered stripe along with the white Futaba stickers on the top wing looks pretty cool.
Balanced perfectly with the GMS .76 and no added weight.
Maiden flight will be friday.

Flew it today for the first time. That is a flyin sum*****! Need to dial up the rudder a bit. Can ALMOST hang it on the prop but the rudder doesnt have enough authority the way it is set right now.
I think the GMS is the perfect engine for the plane which balanced perfectly with no extra weight needed.
Gear is a bit flimsy tho...
