How much have you flown? What kind of planes do you like? Looking for anything in particular? (ie: cheap, easy to build, challenging, scale, etc)? Do you have or are willing to get all the odds&ends needed like tools, glue, clamps, etc?

There's so many out there, that it's really hard to answer your question without more specific details. Personally, I have a constantly evolving list of planes to build (both kit and scratch). If I built them all I would end up being 450+ years old, but I just work on whatever hits me as the most intresting on that particular day(about 6 actually in work right now)

As far as kits, I've always had good luck with GreatPlanes, Sig, and Pica(sigh - outa production at the moment - sigh [] ) I would stay away from the "builders" kits until you have a few under your belt already (Marukata(sp?), etc)

Much luck finding the right one(it's the hardest part!)
