Default Phoenix SU-31

Have .46 size Phoenix ARF SU31. Put a OS 70 FS. Found that neutral cg not good for health. After reinstalling gear and new cg flew much better (found lead mounted on top of lower firewall support - factory). It still is a handful to fly. There is no float on landing - it will stall and crash on if you do not keep speed up - fly it to the ground and flair. I have renamed it the "Devil Sled"...

Skid ... that is totally weird, there is one heck of a long thread in here about the Phoenix SU31, the plane flies well. Also, I have a Black Horse SU31, they are about the same, probably come from the same factory. I flew mine on an SC46 with the APC 12.25x3.75 prop ... it slightly floats in, does not come in hot at all. This weekend I just got No. 2 up with a TT61 (this plane is about 14 oz more than the first), even with the TT61 the plane does not come in hot, slightly fast only.
