Default Fuel tank mounting

I have always wrapped my fuel tanks completely in foam rubber to avoid foaming fuel and trampoline jumping pick-ups.
Now I have bought my first ARF, and to my surprise I se that the fuel tank have to be mounted in 2 tight fitting holes in the formers.
Can I expect any success of steady engine operation with that tank mounting?

Regards
Gert

Default Fuel tank mounting

Yeah - I think so,
I was the same way. I still insist on finding some way to squeeze in a little foam, but for the most part, it's hard mounted. As long as I have some foam on one side I'm happy...
