I just inherited a crashed aresti 40 (Hangar 9). The nose is completely missing back to the cockpit.
I believe if I could get some fotos from the side/top/bottom and front I could reconstruct the nose part of the fuse.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance.
Ron

Doug,
Thanks! This is exactly what I was looking for.
I could also use a foto of the firewall from the front.
I am assuming the geometry of the nose section from the wing to the firewall is symetrical (square) and not curved.
Some helpful measurements would be:
1. Top of fuse from cockpit dash panel to the firewall.
2. Bottom of fuse from the wing opening to the bottom of the firewall.
3. Width and Height of the firewall.
Thanks for your help.
P.S. I have tried to include a .jpg of the fuse by "ckick here to upload" but apparently
it did not work.

Hey Ron
Sorry for the slow reply!
1. Top of fuse from cockpit dash panel to the firewall. = 6 9/16"
2. Bottom of fuse from the wing opening to the bottom of the firewall. = Left Side 5 5/16" , Right Side 5 3/16" as the fire wall has built in 2 deg. of right thrust.
3. Width and Height of the firewall. = 3 1/2" X 4 3/4"
Again sorry for not getting back sooner. With the holidays and my oldest son about to graduate early in two weeks things are crazy right now, but if you need any other info/pictures just ask and i'll try and get them to you as soon as possible.
best of luck with this project!!

Hey Stomper,
I finally finished the Aresti40 thanks to your help.
I have been flying it for the past few days. Flies great! I put a Magnum .46 engine in it which seems to be a good choice.
Here are some pix:

Hey ron
Great job on the rebuild!! In the first two pictures you can't even tell that it was rebuilt. I hope you get many enjoyable flights from her.
Seeing this I need to get my Aresti finished and in the air.
Thanks for the pictures.
