Is the vector flight edge 540t 66 inch wing sheeted or is the covering applied directly on the the foam core wing.

It is probably sheeted. Plain foam will not sheet well. It will also be very flimsy for something that big.

It is a foam core fully covered with same heavy guage plastic sheeting (looks like). It's very strong.
