I saw your other post about a plane for you ST G90, and I will mention that my ST G90 is a great match for my Vector Flight 66" Extra. Great vertical, does all the maneuvers, and balanced by sticking the receiver battery to the back of the firewall with velcro. Excellent flying machine, and just as pretty as the GSP item.

Good luck,
Dave Olson

Do you have a Website where I can see the "Vector Flight 66" and the spec's?

I went to "Vectorflight" Webpage and I have a question about your plane you bought. On their site they show a pic of the whole plane out of the box and it all looks good. The question that I have is about the wheel pants. They do not look like fiber glass. They look like really cheap ABS plastic that need to be cut out and then clued together. The cowling looks like ABS also and it is unpainted and you add decals to match the color scheme of the fuse, is this right? the rest of the plane and hardware look top of the line.

Not quite the same plane, but you might want to read [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/i_need_some_advice%25%25%25is_this_good%3F/m_2396787/tm.htm]this[/link] anyway.

I skipped the wheel pants, since I fly off grass. The Cowl is ABS, but NOT "really cheap ABS". It's about twice as thick as any other ABS parts I've ever seen, and is quite durable. The cost of a 'glas cowl would raise the kit price considerably. I believe my cowl came unpainted, and I cut some self-adhesive red material that came in the box to decorate the cowl.

I found the Vector Flight plane to be more than worth the money, and I would be hard pressed to build a similar unit for twice as much.

Good luck,
Dave Olson

My cowl came painted, its the type of polycarbonate used in rc car bodies, light and tough. the striping was added with included trim sheets.
Vsectorflight is a superior plane to the chinese/viet offerings IMHO.
The wheel pants are crappy, i didnt waste my time.
The edge 540 flies very nice with an enya 91 fs. It makes me look better than I am.

Thank's for all the info guy's. I'll have to check into these kits a little more. I still haven't made up my mind on what to get next but I'm still looking at the "Stinger 60 ARF" with a Super Tigre .90. There is just to many nice kits out there to choose from.

That's what I keep telling my wife when I come home with a new plane.
