I'm re-commissioning my grandson's trainer, after switching radio brands, and have lost my notes on it. Naturally, the book is long gone.

Anybody got the CG location handy? I seem to recall it is on the spar, but I'd like to be sure. This is the ARF, but I would imagine it is the same for both versions.

Thanks,

Steve

Balance slightly nose down at the spar and you'll be fine.

Okay; but I still would like the book measurement if anyone has it handy.

Also, the book starting elevator and aileron throws.

Thanks.

I could be wrong but as I recall that was the instruction given. Balance at the main spar.

Default Per Sig Manual

3.5" - 4.25" behind leading edge of wing. Mine flew it's maiden flight yesterday, with the C.G. at about 4", and it was fine. I had about 3/4" of elevator throw (manual recommends 9/16"), and it was fairly pitch sensitive.

Thanks, John.

That's just what I needed.
