RE: sorry
I had that problem with one of my wings too... I pulled the fiberglass tube all the way out of the wing and put a light coat of polyurethane glue on the tube then slid it back home. It seems to be holding just fine.
I don't know if you'll ever get rid of all the wing slop...??? [&:] My Sig SE did the same thing. Just my opinion, but I think the 2 wing half on a tube design is just bound to get sloppy over time (unfortunate, 'cause I love flying this plane). [:@]

RE: sorry
Today I flew my Edge for the first time in well over a year with a YS 110, Aeroglass gear etc. and I had a blast!! Talk about unlimited vertical! I've been flying my larger gassers and on a whim dusted the ole' Edge off and just went for it. I did notice (after 4 very aggressive flights) the wings had some up and down movement. Seems my anti-rotation pins have some play in the female fuse recepticals(holes). I may brush on a thin coat of epoxy on the pins to snug them up a bit. Any way I re-discovered my new FUN FLY airplane!!!!

RE: sorry
Wow! I can't believe that this thread has lasted this long! I did the RCR review 3 years ago on this plane. I sold mine this last spring to a fellow club member I told him to call me when he was ready to fly I haven't heard from him so I don't know if it survived his initial test flights. It was a good but not great plane and as such served as a stepping stone for other planes that I have flown since then.

RE: Aero-Works Edgo 540 .60/.90
Sorry for what might be a redundant question
but, this thread is rather long....
Who makes the in-cowl muffler
for the .91FX as shown on the
AW site? I would be using a .61FX
if I decide to purchase this model.
Would this same muffler work for
the .61? What would be the best
muffler for performance...the stock OS silencer maybe?
Thanks.
EDIT:
I apologize, I'm must be referring to the
.46-.90 size Edge. I'll take the question there.

No, a 55AX will never 3D this thing.
chuck993, sent you an email (system PM's don't seem to be working) about an Edge I have for sale. Hope you get the email.
