Of course the wings are removeable! I cannot think of any 40 sized 'fixed' wing plane. If you mean 2 halves then they are not 2 halves for the wings.

They are very easy to remove from the 2 nylon bolts on the underisde of the wing...2 minutes.
But if you really like to fly "Fast and Furious"I bet they won't be "stuck together forever"[sm=lol.gif]
I love mine,it's a great looker and flyer,I have a .58 size engine on mine.
Have fun!

on planes that do not have removable wings for transport are some profiles. otherwise, removable wings are the norm. but as tIANci said, you cannot separate the wing into two wing halves.

Hey samolot, you ever work it out with J3FAN? I thought he was trying to hook you up with something you could handle, for free...you haven't flown yet, right?
I can tell you this. I have the Giles and it is not a good first plane. It is however a great aircraft. If you are not yet flying or "soloed" then forget about the Giles...you will only crash it, and then wonder what are you doing wasting your time and money in a hobby like this? If it were me, I would accept the help, and gracious offer of someone wiser, and save the Giles for later. Of course, you will do as you want, however I wish you luck.
