My Feedback: (51)
I just used the rating system here on RCU to rate VectorFlight. I noticed that I am the only one so far to rate this company. I know several people on here have dealt with VectorFlight, so whether you have a good opinion or bad please click on the link I have supplied here to rate this company so that people doing research about this company can see how their Customers Rate them! I didn't even know this place had such a rating system! Silly me...
Anyway, I give them a 9. I don't remember the name of the guy that helped me (twice), but I do know he is a man of integrity. No doubt about it!

Hmmm... Well I finally ordered the 66" Edge from them a few minutes ago...
So...if it gets here by 9:00Am tomorrow, then I will give them a 10



I have had a couple emails go back and forth with them and the service so far has been GREAT....
I sent an email question about engine choice on a Sunday morning..... and had a great answer LESS than an hour later....on a Sunday....
Now THAT rawks!

As for the response on questions, at times they are truly amazing. In several cases I worked on the plane till after midnight, ran into a question and sent an email to VF. I checked my mail first thing the next morning and sure enough, I had an excellent response.

I think they man the "lines" 24/7... I think a couple of the people there never sleep... Doesn't seem to matter when you email them, late at night, weekends etc it seems like it is never more then a couple hours to get a response... Sure wish some other companys were this service orientated

What I really appreciate is the well thought out reply's you get from VF. Nothing makes me more mad than to have a propblem with something, then you email the manufacturer about it, and they send you some pregenerated message back that is absolutely no help at all. The same message must cover a 1000 different problems, and not actually help with a single one of them. VectorFlight has always replied to all my questions with well thought out responses, and they take a genuine interest in what their customers have to say.

At this point in time, 18 People have taken the time to do a rating of this Manufacturer/Distributor. Thank You to all that took the time! This will surely help those researching this company make a good informed descision prior to ordering a product.

I'll rate VF after my maiden flight on the Edge540. But as far as the support from those guys is concerned.......;.......they are #1.
They will do everything besides come to your house and build the plane for ya.[&:]

That sounds like a real nice setup... Looking forward to hearing how it works out... If you can give us a final weight on you plane too will you.. I an curious to see if it is worth replacing a .91 with a 1.00...
