Bought this on sale for 185.00. It is by far the best ARF that I seen in a long time. Quality construction, great covering and color scheme, and all around gorgeous plane. Will test fly it tomorrow, but it looks like a winnner.

Absolutley beautiful airplane, beautiful flying day. Our best pilot double checked everything, hinges,throws etc. Cranked it up-- two runs down the runway, and then lift off. Beautiful flyer. Took very minor trim corrections. Then the left elevater broke off in the middle, servo gears stripped, and down she came after about a three minute flight. Totally demolished. Post mortem showed balsa eading edge of elevator soft balsa-- like for a rubber model. Would not take the strain, and broke in the middle. No flutter, just broke. Global says send back the parts anf they will lookat it, but Chief A/C where I bought it says dont hold your breath-- they wond do anything about it, defect or not. We will see and will keep you all posted. Meantime, if you have this plane, double check the softness of the elevator leading edges.
