Hey all,
I bought my first plane. A decathlon ep rtf. The tail wing is un-even, meaning that one side is a bit higher then the other. Will this cause problems? Will the trim settings fix it? If not what do I do?
Thanks much,
Joe

Joe, congrats on getting your first airplane!
Its not unusual to have a small misalignment in the tail seating area, and you should make it level before gluing it. A little bit of sanding down the high side or a small shim on the low side should align it with the wing. Same thing goes for the fin and rudder meaning the vertical tail should be perpendicular to the horizontal. Use epoxy and keep a watch on it while it is curing! Good luck with the airplane and be sure to fly with an instructor if you havent flown before.[8D]
