I am not sure if some of you have the luxery of going to a LHS and take things out of a box to see whats up without buying but i do. Anyways I overpower everything and have been sniffing around for a 120FS. Not being completely sure if it will fit but thinking it will I decided to find out for sure.
* To make a long story short. a Saito 120/150 and 180 will fit comfortably(Inverted). Now its off for the best deal!

Thanks Cyclic,

I wanted to put a Saito 120 on my P-51. Now I know for sure it will fit.

But my question having flown one with a Saito 1.00 and one with a .91, is why on that plane? It's super fast with the gear up and so light on the smaller mills. Are you wanting to hover a P-51? - This from a guy who sticks .91's on .40 sized planes and a .72 on an SE.

Thats fair. First off at our altitude of 5000ft engine performance suffers greatly. I have been at this 5 years. Every plane I own (8) has been ARFed from others success or failures. There is nothing worse than a nice plane but underpowered and therefore given a bad rep.
* Now some may consider mine an over kill but if it flys the plane well, so what. I make modifications as neceeesary. Usually in the strengthening area. My Wm Midget holds an OS1.08. A .40 size P51 with a G90. Cermark F20 with a Jett .90 and so on and they fly great. I have seen these Hangar P51's here. Very nice plane. 2 with Saito 100s and the other a OS91fx. All flew very well. I just want more.
