I am slowing building(assembling) my H9 Pizazz. I am to the point where I am ready to install the engine. It is a Saito .72 with a 13 x 6.
Do I need any right, down, left, or up thrust in the engine?
Any suggestions?

No down thrust but maybe some right thrust. I have maybe a half degree in mine and it acts like it could use a couple of degrees. My thumb says I'm holding a tad of right rudder a lot. I also have a slight warp in the wing so it's hard to tell.
Maybe some of the guys with straight ones can give you better insight.

I had the same issue with my Pizazz as stock built. Then I read in one of the magazine reviews (rc report?) where the reviewer put in 5 degrees of right thrust. I compromized and put in 3 degrees with an OS 50SX, and found the plane tracks much better, especially on up/down lines and follows loops with very little rudder input.
