Default U Can Do 3D packing problems

well, I also have fallen victim to the broken wingtip/ripped covering issue on the UCD3D. I also have a hook in my trailing edge, the right wingtip turns down. For you guys who have had this problem, what's the procedure here, do you send it back, or do they send a new one out, how's that go? Thanks,
Eric
PS. The box was in perfect condition, both the outer and inner boxes, and it was FedExed, so much for the UPS scapegoat. With mine it was quite apparent it was done when the packer was attaching the tape to hold down the aileron, as the rip was right under there.

That's a shame a reputable company like Great Planes has made UPS out to be the bad guy when it appears this is an internal problem. I hope they will make it right for you without too much hassel. Keep us updated, I know a few guys at my club that want this plane including myself, but we aren't gonna make that purchase until thay get this corrected.
