Default Kangke Cap 323 60

I just picked up one of these in used but excellent shape and after a few nights of work have it ready to fly tomorrow. I downloaded the manual from Kangke's site and they suggest an initial balance of 3-3.5" aft of the leading edge and 9/16" throw on the elevator.

My question is aimed at you guys that have set up and flow this plane. Where did you settle on balance and throws? Are those listed in the manual good or is there a better setup, especially the balance?

I have a Saito 1.00 on the plane and all of the radio gear is forward and the thing came out tail heavy. I'm currently at 3.5 with a 7 oz. steel disc screwed to the engine mount. It sure would be good to hear that the plane flies well behind 3.5" as I ccould take some of the weight off the nose and lighten her up.
