Default SkyShark Edge 540

I am almost finished with the Edge. Need to mount wheel pants, tail wheel, canopy and break engine in. Overall it is a great plane and easy to build. I am going with a Klett tailwheel and mounted the Saito 100 inverted. These are the only thing I did different. Attached are photos of almost finished plane and I will have a video in a week or so.

I would be interested in knowing the rtf weight (less fuel).

Hey Mikerc,
I'm seriously considering the Skyshark 540 Edge for my son and I. We have a nicely broken in Saito 100 to use in it. Keep us posted on the flying aspects of this aircraft and how it suits your flying style. I'm primarily a sport flyer and my son flys freestyle and 3D. Looking forward to your next post.

Our weather has been a mess with tropical storm Arlene out in the Gulf, so no flying this weekend.
I spent this morning removing my Saito 100 from another airplane and cleaning it up. I'll probably put in a order for the Skyshark Edge 540 this coming week. Wishing you good weather!

I think it flies pretty good. I have a video on SkySHarks site. Check it out.
