The Patriots can be made very fast and would fly well on the ST-51, I would not recommend it as a 3rd plane but I love mine-

How about something like an Ultra Sport or a quickee arf like a predator or Viper?

How fast is fast? If you have the G51 then something fast then perhaps the Shrike or Diamond Dust. I think the G51 would be great as it can turn perhaps a 10x8 comfortably. The Shrike on a TT46 will go about 90 mph and climb so well. That's a good choice if you have a grass field.

The F20 from Sportman Aviation is a nice plane, flies fast enough but not terribly. My favourite 'fast' sport plane is the WM SS40 with my Rossi 45 turning a 10x6 at 15,000 RPM, everyone hates that engine, its just so loud.

I have a Hanger 9 Twist with an OS 46 FX and I really like this plane for just about everything!
I can fly it wide open (70 ish MPH) or I can fly it 5 MPH 10 foot off the deck.

It has survived being broke in half behind the turtle deck and put back together.
Wide open touch and goes.
I swear I have Soybean stain under the wings from the hundreds of high speed low altitude passes!

I love this plane!

On the other hand, I am also looking for a faster plane.

I understand that The Great Planes Viper and a stock OS 46 will do about 100 MPH! I don't have one yet, but it is on a very short list!

RCBOZO - for the 46 to carry a plane to 100 mph you need something like a 9x8 prop turning at about 15,000 RPM ... you think a 46 like the OS will do that? Hmmmm ...
