Default PLEASE HELP Great Planes Extra

Im looking at buying a great planes extra 300s 160 ARF kit and i want to put a zenoah G.26 OPU petrol engine in it and was wondering if it can be done, i have never had a petrol engine before and was wondering if they are mounted the same as a glow engine and is there any thing else i should think about. it says to put a OS 160 FX in it but i want this zenoah in there. so if any one could give me any information that would be great. Thanks

Yes it can be done. Will it fly good , no it won't it will ruin the way it flies. Zenoahs have a backplate mount , similar to the Moki 180/210. They don't use the normal engine mount.

why will it ruin the way the plane flies? whats wrong with putting a zenoah in there instead of the OS 160FX?
