Default Engine Mount

Hello everyone,
I put together a 63" extra 300 with a new 90 on the nose. On its maiden flight i lost power and it came down harder then i would'a liked.

Only damage was spread aluminum gear and a broken prop. Well that ended my day right there so i took it home and the next day i fixed the gear and put on a new prop.

Good thing i decided to run the engine here at home before heading out to the field because little did i know that one of the engine mounts had cracked also. (beam mount)

Here is where i need the help.

I tried the local hobby shop and all online resources to no avail trying to find a beam mount with the holes spaced at 2.25" where it attaches to the firewall. I even opened all my untouched ARFs looking for a mount. Nothing comes close to the right dimension.

So if theres anyone out there that upgrades their hardware when they build and ARF and they have a beam mount laying around with the hole spacing at 2 1/4 inches i'd be willing to pay you a decent price plus shipping.

I just don't have the time to plug and redrill the holes in the firewall and knowing me i'd never get them lined back up to where my cowl would fit properly again.

Thanks in advance,
John

Thanks Kurt,

It would be great if you had the mount that would work for me instead of me having to redo my firewall.
