Default SIG 1/5 PIPER CUB REPLACEMENT?

Hello Everyone!

First i'd like to say hello to everyone since i am brand new to this awsome site! Now the bad news....
I totaled my 1/5 SIG piper cub powered by a Saito fa-65 4 stroke.....It was my first RC plane and i crashed and rebuilt about 4 times while learning..The plane flew VERY scale and would take little acro. maneuvers.
Was kinda looking for another model that would fit the engine i have in the ARF area without going over the $150 budget...Any ideas?
I'd rather stay away from the rubber band held wings.....
Thanks a bunch guys/girls,

David

Check out KMP models. The super chipmunk flies great. http://www.kmp.ca/rcpics/A012specs.htm

David, My sincere commiserations on the loss of your Sig Cub. I also have one, and also have a .65 Saito in it. I hope it's a long time before I total it. A great looking and flying plane, and it was my 1st scale model. Why not build another and clip the wings?

Would love to build another, but don't have the time to do it now since i'm flying real airplanes for a living....Thats why i'm looking into getting some kind of ARF instead..
Your CUB looks great! Mine was blue with white stripes.. The crash was due to a zip tie that i used in place of the nut and bolt that holds the wing stringer (i think thats what u call it) to the bottom end of the fuselage on the left side.
The zip tie snapped and the wing folded during a climbing turn at about 500feet..
The feeling was very disturbing and watching it spiral to the ground was terrible.. Luckily engine and electronics were unhurt, but the cub will be very missed as it looked like i put it through a wood chipper...I had a cremation done after the striping of parts. Godspeed the cub!
Thanks,

Dave
