Default Kyosho Gee Bee not avalible??

My local hobby store says Kyosho is no longer importing them. Where can I find one?

I don't know about Kyosho but Pacific Aeromodels has a 120 and a 27% GeeBee.. If they are built like their Edge-540's than they should be good.. http://www.pacaeromodel.com/GeeBee/GB.htm

Yes, it seems these Kyosho planes are not available in the US anymore. Had the same problem with my Kyosho bf109 when I tried to order a wing kit from Tower. Heard a rumor that Kyosho may bring them back but this could be rumor. To find one, you may have to look at Ebay or RCU.

JBracing, why would you want a Kyosho Gee Bee ? After two flights with mine, I have it hanging up in my shop and seriously doubt I'll ever want to fly it again. It's fully operational with a ST .60 w/Pitts style muffler and re-inforced landing gear. I don't believe it's stable enough to fly safely. I was even offered $50 bucks for it as is. I did'nt know if I should have "drop-kicked " that guy in the seat of his pants or accept his offer. Don't know what to do with it.[&o] MM

I just love the looks of it, also the history of the real ones are interesting as well.
If I built one and got a few successful flights I might retire it to the ceiling of my living room for a awesome conversation piece.

Any one see the one perform aerobatics with one up at Oshkosh? -scary!

I have a new one still in the box. I have not decided to put it together or not. It sure is a nice looking kit. I have heard many mixed reports on it. One guy told me it fly nicely with a Saito 56.

Your first sentence is almost correct. If you had said "Kyosho planes are not available throught the Hobbico empire anymore" it would be correct. Here's the Kyosho US site: http://www.kyoshoamerica.com/
Unfortunately, for those who like Kyosho, the choice of planes appears to be rather sparce.

Kyosho is in business and has a distribution plant on the west coast out in Sunny? California. Check in Model Airplane News or Fly RC for their adds.

OK, true, Kyosho is in business selling planes, cars and boats, but it seem they either discontinued or stopped selling their "scale" planes in the US, such as their warbird line and the GeeBee. Am I right?

My local hobby shop has one on the wall. I've looked at that kit myself. - Nice looking plane. Give them a call. They can ship it to ya.

Walked into Hobby Haven in Des Moines today, and picked up a Kyosho Gee Bee, new in box for $200.
I almost forgot about this plane.

How about a YS.61 for power?
