what do u all think of the hobbyzone firebird commander 2 rtf? im just looking for some to try to learnhow to fly, i dont wanna do and buy a really nice plane then crash it trying to learn how to fly so i found these? i talked to my lhs and they carry them and lots of spare parts cuz i guess they sell a good amount of them and he even told me of a local group of guys that fly them at the park. im not looking for some to race or do stunts just something to train and to see if i like the hobby. i have always been into cars and truck but im going to move ahead to boats and plains next.

Hi,
I started out with the FC2 and learned all about about flying. It has a lot going for it like rubber bumper nose which came in handy
the only problem with the plane is that the control of up and down is controlled by the speed of the motor and the wind no elevator. When they say dont fly in wind trust me" DONT"!!! For the price you get everything. Parts are easy to come by. So for vote I say go for it and have a blast!
I have since moved up to a stryker and really have learned about flying.. Hope this helps
