Default H9 Twist rebuild.

My twist desided it wanted to turn into a rocket today and sheded its wings while in flight. It didnt work out to well for her. Now for the rebuild. from the front of the canopy is a jigsaw puzzle and the center of the wing is in toothpicks right now. Sept for a few cracked ribs and some sheeting. I can get this flying again, but i need a few parts lol.

Any one have a few close up pics of a twist up front with out the covering? Or happen to have the a front of there crashed twist from the canopy forward thay can sell? Im going to turn this thing into a profile Twist(no way in hell i can fix the center of the wings. theres just nuthing there to fix) but redoing the front is going to be hard with out a refrence of a nude twist.

Buy a new one, they are only $99 complete; or, Wing is $71 and the Fuse $50; you can always rebuild, but it will never be the same not to mention it will gain some weight; I have a Twist, and I have a lot of fun with it, when I wreck mine beyond an easy fix, I am going to buy another one or buy the Wing or Fuse, which ever the case may be, my 2 cents worth.

Would buy a new one, but no LHS has them in stock and there out of production right now. I liked flying this thing so instead of waiting, might as well attempt to rebuild while i wait for horizon to start making more

That sucks - I liked mine as well - I just recently threw my mose portion of the plane away - it was complete back to the former the front of the wing mounted into - I would have sent it to you.

When my plane went in it destroyed the center section of the fuse, and turned half of the wing into toothpicks.

Ouch, that smarts. Sorry. Id say cut and run, put one on b/o.? I hope your airframe and wing were all that got ruined.

best of luck with #2 !
