Default U-Can-Do question???

I have a U-Can-Do 60 size by Great Planes. The manual gives the proper control surface throws, but does not say where on each tapered surface to measure them. Can anyone tell me where along the elevator, rudder and aileron should I measure the throw. Thanks![8D]

It's usually measured at the widest point on the surface.
