Having Problems with balance, plane is very tailheavy. What can I do besides put another engine, and weights. I'm useing a OS 91 11 Surpass. Also having trouble with the spinner, have a tru- turn aluminum spinner.

How far forward are the weights? Bolt some lead to the engine mount if you can, you can reduce the total amount of lead required that way. I flew one with about a pound of weight in the nose, and the plane flew fine. This was on an OS 91 I believe, either that or a Saito 91.

I have one with saito 100 and it is very aft heavy. It took a large chunk of lead straped to the engine mount to ballance it. The CG ios still aft but that way it is a bit aerobatic. I also moved the battery up with the fuel tank and anything else. The problem is the short moment in the design. A 120 might be a good nose weight!

I too have weight (4.5 oz) on the engine mount. Warning: I almost lost my weight because the lead vibrated and enlarged the holes. Plywood washers fixed that.

True Turn will cut you a custom spinner if you order it to fit your prop but if you're like me, you don't want to buy annother. I have enlarged mine to fit several sizes of APC.

i flew mine with a OS-91 and a 1800 jr battery to achieve balance, i would guess that jr battery was 8 oz easly.

I too have the JR 1800 MA bat, 6 v., guess that's why I only need 4oz, while others have said up to a pound. I really haven't experimented with the CG, it's on the spec. spot, probably could eliminate the nose weight if I wanted.

I almost removed the wing incidence, but the drag of my pilot seems to have solved the problem. Still flys really well on Saito 91.

Here is my pilot of choice, this plane looks so dumb unmanned! With the extra room in the plane I hooked up a sevro to his arm so he waves on the low passes.

I HAVE A SPACE WALKER W/OS91 AND ANDED ENOUGH WEIGHT TO THE FIRE WALLTO MAKE IT BALANCE.. THE WEIGHT WILL NOT BOTHER IT . IT FLYS JUST FINE AND HAS GOOD TAKE OFF, FLYING AND LANDING CHARTERISICS.

That is strange - I had one of these when they first came out - 3 or 4 years ago. I put a YS91 on it and it didn't require any additional weight. I was using a standard 750 battery.

Great flying play - especially low and slow.

I have one with a 91 surpass. I had to add about 6 ounces of lead to the nose.

I also added an 1800 ma battery under the fuel tank. I think mine seems to fly better with the added weight and the 91 pulls it just fine. It flys very scale like.

I fly mine as a "daily" flyer. I LOVE IT!
