I also have the Big Bee Arf, but haven't got around to playing with it yet. But I do have a number of Big Lazy Bees. One has a Saito FA60T twin in it, another has a Webra 440 four stroke on the nose (and about 50 lights in the wing, fuse and tail feathers), I also have a World Models Panda (yes, the fake Big Lazy Bee) that I endowed with a Saito 45 MkII. I think that the ailerons on the Big Bee ARF are completely unneeded, but I should reserve judgement until I try them. You should make a wider axle for the landing gear. This is something most Bee fans here do to all sizes of Lazy Bees. Large, round wheels are also cool, but as much as I like trexlers, they always fall apart on me. The light DuBro Cub wheels do well, I use 1/5th scale for std. 40" Bees and 1/3rd scale for the big Bees. one of my planes uses a pair of 6" DuBro "inflatable" wheels, but these are rather heavy.
