The Super Stearman kit calls for double-sided tape to hold on the long white plastic piece on the top. What kind of tape would be fuel proof?

The tape needs to be thin. It can't be double-sided sticky foam because it will raise the plastic up and collect dirt on the sides.

I don't think they make such a thing! But maybe someone else knows different.

Or have people been using some kind of glue?

I just tacked mine on with thinca and then went back and made a thin fillet all the way around it with canopy glue. The white stuff. It dries clear and it has never came off. Tim.
