guys just got my slimline pitts muffler for my g-26 engine, the muffler is rubbing on the nose wheel pant ( see pics) my question can i trim the muffler with out messing the mufller performace it has a smoke coil too. would it hurt to add silacon tubbing to clear the nose wheel thanks frank

Cut the stacks to whatever length is needed. Wont hurt anything. If you cut them real short, it will effect the sound.

The smoke coil is up inside the can. You can cut the stacks to whatever length you need. Shorter means louder, which is not ALL bad.

We don't have noise restrictions at my field. I asked one day and a guy gave me a funny look.

"NOISE RESTRICTIONS!!!?? I don't think so. Not here buddy."
