hello.........i am putting together a mahem 40...planned to put a 90 four stroke on it.......but.....the instructions are really, and i mean really , stressing that nothing larger than a 70 four stroke be used..........anybody out there flying one now with a 90 four stroke.....thanks...........pault

The big brother, 90 sized Mayhem, also says no larger that a 120 4-stroke and there are a lot with saito 150's. I have the Saito 125 on mine and it flies the plane strong with unlimited vertical.

It will fly with a 91 FS, but IMO you should use the largest and flattest prop possible, like a 15x4w. You don't want to fly it too fast, flutter. Make sure there is absolutely no slop in your linkages, and I would strongly suggest taping all your hinge lines. I have the bigger one also, with an MVVS 91. Great performance and it can land almost flying backwards. One of my favorites. You'll probably will have to keep yours faster depending on how high your wing loading ends up. Enjoy it
