Default Parkzone Super Decathlon - order of prop-nuts-and washers

I am wondering if anyone can tell me the right order to put the wahers, plastic spacer, prop and nuts. I seem to have them wrong cause when ever i turn on the plane it like tightens them all up and jams it all up.

Can post pics of what I have now if needed.

keep your old gearbox, shaft for an example.
but here it is,

plastic collar, with flat side
2 flat washers( they keep the plastic parts from melting and freezing up)
plastic collar, rounded
1 nut, tighten all the way down
then prop,
then washer, lock washer and nut
also use another nut as a lock nut
